To avoid line-ups at the entrance of the Rendez-vous, you can get one our 2 types of tickets for the event in advance

3-Day Passport* – $15 per person

Daily Access Pass* - $10 per person

Tutored tasting workshops

Take advantage of the 3 days of the Rendez-vous to register for one of our Tutored Tasting Workshops presented on a number of different subjects (wine, beer, champagne, chocolate and tea)

• Lenght: +/- 50 minutes with a 10 minute question period
• Language: Please take note that the workshop are given primarily in French but that English instruction can be given by the workshop assistants.
• Registration: Due to the limited number of spots available, it is strongly recommended that you register in advance for the workshop by communicating with Catherine Lafrance au 819-771-3389 ext.204 or by email.
• Featured Products: The list of products featured during the workshop will be made available online as soon as its available.
• Conditions: All sales are final.  No exchange or refunds.

*The event reserves the right to modify or cancel any of the workshop without notice.

Tasting Coupons

• Tasting coupons ($ 0.50 / unit) are available individually or as a sheet ($ 10 / sheet) at the main entrance of the event (table at the main entrance) or different locations inside the Theater and its Foyer.
• Tasting coupons are used for ALL types of tasting (wine, spirits, beer and food)
• Sampling prices are sampled at the discretion of the exhibitors.
• An average purchase of $ 40 per person  is recommended in order to enjoy some of the best wines and best food available in town!

Admission condition :

• This is an 18+ Event
• Kids (3-13)¹ programming is available via the Mini-Academy, located at the Salon du Jardin (Hilton Lac-Leamy), on SATURDAY and SUNDAY in order to accommodate the whole family.Admission bracelets must be worn at all times in order to gain access or re-enter the Rendez-vous.
• Couponnnig sytem in effect (0,50$) at all kiosks.
• Restrict mobility access: Limited access only 2

¹ While programming for the Mini-Academy is geared toward kids 3 to 13, please note that older teens (14 to 17) are also welcome.

² While the vendors located in the Theatre’s Foyer and the Culinary Demos presented on the Mezzanine Level of the Theatre are easily accessible, access to Theatre itself is reserved to a specific section located on the upper lever of the floor where a team of volunteers can assist visitors with selecting the items to be tasted and then getting and serving the selected items.
